hOW DO I DECIDE WHICH LEVEL IS RIGHT FOR ME?

On request, you will be given a sample test. In addition, I will provide an oral level assessment if necessary.


How late I can register? I realized that the course has already started!

Registration closes one week before the first class in the session. However, those wishing to register after the session has started must do so no later than the second class. Registration will depend on space availability.


What will happen if we don’t have THE minimum number of registrants for a class?

Classes will run regardless of the number of registrants. All classes will be offered on a hybrid basis of in-person or online attendance. The number of in-person attendees will be limited to four for each class. The number of online attendees will be limited to ten. All spots are on a first-come, first-served basis.


Which textbook WILL WE USE, and how do I get one?

I have developed a custom textbook for each course level that will be provided as a PDF file to each student. There is no additional charge for this course material.


Which online platform Will we use?

We will be using a free software called Zoom Conferencing. Zoom is available at zoom.us (not “.com”).


When will I get the class Zoom link?

The class link will be sent to you via e-mail the day before each class.


Can I record a class?

Recording classes is not permitted.


What should I do if I miss a class?

We advise our students to form a study group with other students in the class to assist each other, should it be necessary to miss a class.


CAN I GET A REFUND if I miss a class?

No, refunds are not given for missed classes.


Can I get a refund after the first class if the class was not suitable for me?

Reimbursement of the course fee is available on the following basis: 1. Before initial textbook distribution (1 week prior to 1st class), Fee less $5 handling fee. 2. After initial textbook distribution, Fee less $15. 3. After the first class (until 48 hours after the first class) Fee less $25. After 48 hours after the first class, there will be no reimbursements. Alternatively, you may elect to have the fee credited to your account to be applied when you re-register for a session.


will there be face-to-face classroom lessons?

We are currently offering online and in-person courses. In-person classes will be held at my home, which is located in the Kerrisdale area of Vancouver.


Are there incentives for student referrals?

Yes! When your referral registers and completes a course, you will receive a 10% credit on your next enrolment.


What are the age groups of students?

20’s to 80’s.

ADULTS ONLY. All classes are designed for adults, age 18 and up.


How can i pay?

By E-Transfer or cheque.
